DR Cyber Surfing Buch, passed MBBS and MD from MS University of Baroda and has been in Private Practice at Pooja Clinic,LAb NursingHome Vadodara for last more than 3 decades.

He is Chairman of Vadodara Internet Promotion (VIP) Forum by IEEE Internet Access Committee of I.E.E.E. His articles have been published in Computers Today,PC Quest,Web Vision etc apart from the Medical Journals, T.O.India ,Indian Express,Divya Bhasker etc.

He has been awarded “Computers in Medicine Award” as well as “Investigative Cardiology Award” by ‘Association of Physicians of Gujarat’

Editor of IM4Doctors,IM4Patients ,IM4Diabetes and also of “Recent Investigations in Medicine”,Dr Buch is Member of ‘Taskforce Against Diabetes in India.’

He has Chaired many sessions on Telemedicine including BMC World Alumni Telemedicine Conference in 1998 and at Pramukhswami Medical College Karamsad in 2004.

He was Cheif Guest at The Intel Teach to The Future programme for the Master Trainers from 20 schools of Baroda.

Current Student DR C S Buch after passing MBBS and while doing MD Medicine attended KEM Hospital as an observer and attended Gastroenterology with Dr Subhash Naik learn UGI Scopy ,Biopsy and Sclerotherapy and performed several procedures and did it at Mumbai and also Vadodara when NO Gastroenterologists were available.
​
Also attended Radiology Clinics of KEM Hospital and Cath Lab at CVTC for observing performance and interpretation of Angiography which was at that time NOT available at Vadodara.
​
Personalised CME to update self attended Neurosurgery and Neurology department ,reviewd cases and also attended Brain cutting sessions with HODs of Neuro Departments a priviledge very rare .It has been helpful then and even now .
​
Pooja Clinic had a visiting Cardiologist from Mumbai Dr Darshan Jhala with whom almost 50-80 2 D Echos were done every Saturday as there was NO ECHO machine with ANY hospital at Baroda then.
